You're right, why should the Hong Kong Government get this money, it doesn't belong to them, it's almost like the Hong Kong Government is trying to steal it,
30% sounds great to me, one thing though nothing about this deal must ever be linked to my name, I'm in a bit of trouble with the police here in the US.

If it cannot be linked to your name then how xcan we do it. It will not be possible for us to work together then. Another thing is that since you are linked with the police in some sort of trouble then this money will not be safe with you.

Please let us not use greed to jeopardize an opportunity of this nature. Since there are a lot of unfavourable circumstances surrounding you, permit me to look for another person.
