well this NOK lad I started baiting last month twigged on me and now he wont even write back. after the 12th WU/MG transfer he wrote back.

Ok, in all seriousness, it sounds like he definitely wants to work with you some more. 
Edited to add: Just saw your question about how to lure him back. I would tell him that it is obvious that he is the one who is not serious about this and you don't have time to argue with him. You have set aside money for this transaction and have received similar email offers from a barrister in Nigeria (or Ghana, whatever). If he is not prepared to stop wasting time and complaining, then you will simply find someone who is a serious businessman, like Professor Charles Soludo. |
