@twin does the cc information match the buyer's info? If not, these could very well be stolen cards. If you don't have access to this information, it may be a good idea to contact paypal to verify this for you.

Also please log into your paypal account and verify that the money is there. Lads are very good at spoofing paypal payment pages.

Ok so I just traced the ip address from the email I got from the guy whose package we shipped to Switzerland. Shocking - he's from Indonesia.

This whole thing is really puzzling.

Something is obviously up if the shipping address doesn't match. You might want to check it out with the cc company.

Again, my recommendation is to check that the credit cards used, matches this person doing the buying. My guess is that they are stolen cards or he is spoofing papal payment reciepts.

I wouldn't send there. Jawa Timur is not a city, it's a province. Surabaya is its capital. The address was made up.

I checked his IP address again and it comes back to Jakarta Indonesia again. I just don't get the scam here? This address doesnt even make sense, we have this persons money, unless they are just trying to mess with us. But seems pretty extreme.

You get an IP# where you enter the internet, so a different number but still from Indonesia is they same guys from another connection.

I found two websites that sell boards internationally if yours looks just like it I can use the general idea to bug our lad. ( I don't want to know any Real Life info of you or the shop)

Lotta pulls a lot of strings and I don't want to get caught in that web

So, I am three seconds from just giving up. But, I have one last hypothesis...

Now that I have gotten 3 emails from these guys and they all are from Jakarta, Indonesia. I think that they are using stolen credit cards and that they think we will ship the boards to these wrong countries and someone will look up all the info and realize that they are actually meant for Indonesia and forward the packages there.

It's definitely not a normal customer, but where is the profit for him in this. And what is his goal with Switzerland?
If you are sure that you get paid, there is no reason to refuse him anything, but it sure is strange.
