My cynical side says this joke is illogical as it would be retarded for one to insinuate that Windows should purposely terminate the main function of the Windows operating system as the Widnows Explorer program revolutionized computers as we know it today and without Windows Explorer, you would have to use Run and Command Prompt for everything like the good ole days.

However, my funny side says "Nice joke!".
