emergencies at the camp.

I have gone to see Marcelo in the mental hospital on Friday. His pneumonia and bronchitis are now cured. He is still very ill mentally though, and he seems confused and paranoid. The doctors have him on medications which seem to help him as he was much worse when he first arrived there they told me. He continues to say that there are, "men coming to get us, coming to hurt us. Who are they? What do they want, Angelo?" I tried to calm him, and told them that he was safe, there was nobody coming, that he was just sick and would soon be better. Has the curse come back to you again Joe? Does it affect Marcelo now? I will ask Enitan.

Tina and I will return to Africa in the Spring or Summer next year to bring back the treasures that we had found and stolen from the peoples of West Africa.
They do not belong to us and we will be contacting museums in Benin and Niger to place them back in their countries. Thank you for the offer of supplying us with things from Africa, Joe. We will probably want to see more African art when we go back there. Maybe you could tell us the best places to go for things, and how much to pay for them. We don't know how much things cost over there in terms of art, or who are the best artists. We look forward to seeing you then, Joe.

I'm not sure how much time I will have to talk to you, as I take care of my business as well as Marcelo's now. And Tina and I are also going to sell her house in Malibu, so we must get that ready to sell. Maybe I will call you in the future, when I have the time.

I have converted the full 1:21 (one hour, 21 min.) video to a 159MB Windows Media Video file. I am going to upload it somewhere in it's entirety, but I'm not going to spend the time splitting it up into 10 min segments...9 pieces. At least, for now. Smile

I haven't watched the whole thing, but it is obvious that he has read aloud the complete 32 page Memoir. Great job, Joe! Very Happy

One funny part I did see was at the 7:50 mark in the beginning of the reading. One of Joe's buddies walked up to Joe as he was reading the script outside his house, and gave him a hard SLAP! Joe looked angry at him and said, "OOOOOOOO!" and stared off-camera to him. I heard the guy say, "sorry..." Joe looked annoyed, and went back into reading the script. Laughing

Well, I didn't want to give up an opportunity for a small slap, and some ball-busting... Wink

I also wanted to impress on Joe that Tom Hagan believed the story now after seeing the DVD videos and Marcelo's nuttiness. This will ultimately help with the Spring Return Of Angelo And Tina Safari planned. I want to keep Tom Hagan around. He gives possibilities for skimming some of the royalties, stealing some of the treasure, "making offers that Joe can't refuse." Laughing

And perhaps Joe will think that he can scam his way back into Tom's good graces and share in the royalties afterall.

Joe needs to be constantly pushed from all sides with multiple characters to keep him busy, or moving when on safari. He needs more than one carrot, because he feels more confident of success if he has another carrot to chase if the one he is working on fails. He is used to failure, he recovers quickly from it, and he is a relentless scammer. Joe is 24/7 365 days a year. If he doesn't respond in a day, you have to poke him to get him back on the bait and away from victims, as he is always looking for more when he is idle from the bait.
JoJo and Doc will have their hands full. Smile

I was able to contact Ms. Fife and I have the DVD now. I watched the videos you sent to Marcelo for the film. It's an amazing story. I must admit I was skeptical about the truth of it all, because I didn't believe all that voudou stuff. But now after seeing Marcelo this way and after talking to Enitan, I can see that it could be true for some people to experience if they believe it. So, maybe this Dr. Dwops really is after you along with that Omar Mustafa guy. If they are you better start worrying and doing exactly what Enitan told you to. It might even snap Marcelo out of his craziness.

I guess you will be leaving for Nigeria in a day or two. I wish you luck on your travels.

Please write back to Angelo and me from the new yahoo address before you go, and during your travels. I'm sure Angelo, Tina, and Marcelo will want to know that you are doing your best to finally remove the curse from yourself.

@LetsGoYanks - Yes, maybe I should. Well, if you ever want your lad to lose some weight then Niger is the place you want to send them. It's routinely well over 100 degrees farenheit, and the humidity is very low.
