Over here(MN) ya just gotta pass the test. I do know ABATE runs some classes.
I think it's a very good idea..
I've went bouncin down the road on my bum(road rash on your butt really hurts)taught me NEVER ride in shorts again

Not necessarily KD.
In the UK some kids do A levels or Highers at college instead of school.
Depends on school timetables and what courses are on offer.
My eldest did her Highers at college as she could take more of the subjects she wanted , thats at 5th and 6th year level of secondary education in Scotland so at around 16, 17 or 18 years old.

^^^ 6th form college to be exact. She'll be 18 in May.

I had a chat with her last night - as I suspected she wasn't aware that anything was wrong. She didn't understand there was a difference between a car licence & a bike licence (she does now though!). She's pretty annoyed at boyfriend & says she won't be accepting a lift from him again!

She's quite enthusiastic about doing a CBT, but sensibly doesn't want to actually start riding for a couple of years yet - she doesn't feel she's mature enough, so I think we might put her in for it just as a taster & re-do it when she's older & feels ready.

Once again, thanks for everyone's comments & letting me blow off some steam.
