When you hover your cursor over the nassnig.org link in the email, does it give a different url in your status bar?

If it doesn't, then it's simply a lad piggybacking on a legit site, claiming to be someone he is not.

No piggyback site. Properties show www.nassnig.org. I did received his e-mail in my gmail junk folder and had to click �not spam� to view. Maybe when I did this, gmail stripped the piggyback site off for safety.... not sure. When I accessed that site, I thought to myself, gee-wiz this lad is one hell of a good Web designer! Had me going for awhile! But his instructions, �(click and SCREW down to get my name-Mahmud Bello, then go to state which is Katsina State� just wouldn't happen on the real site. Maybe he just SCREWED up and didn't do it right! Anyway I gave him my number so I can't wait for the good Senator to give me a call.

As far as I can remember when Gmail dumps a mail to trash, it removes disguised links and when you 'Unspam' them it doesn't put them back.

Continue the bait, but when it comes to sending the $$$$ tell your lad that that you posted it by snail mail to his (real-life) address on the website.
