Hi everybody

I set up a meeting here today with a mugu. He will carry a newspaper and a baseball cap. He will have to wait for a long time... Twisted Evil

Sorry everybody, this was the best I could find on short notice. The guy will be standing at the fountain you can see at the leftside of the picture, at least that is what I told him to do.
He will wear a baseball cap and have a newspaper under his right arm.

I hope this will work out though, I have heard nothing from him, after "landing" at Valencia airport last night... Twisted Evil

Yup. Lovely.

But it's going to be impossible to tell if he turns up judging by the pictures that I'm getting.

Baseball cap or no baseball cap, people's heads are just tiny dots on my screen - and that's even if they're standing at the end near the camera.

I'm slightly lost.

15:00 GMT which is 16:00 BST (which we are in now)
therefore 17:00 CET (their time)

my clock says currently 14:15BST, so we have 45,minutes to wait?

Oh sh*t, help me out, did I get the time zones wrong? It is at 16:00 spanish time, I figured that would be the same time zone as the netherlands, and that is one hour later than UK, which is GMT, right? Confused

or not? I am puzzled now....

and I tried to get the guy to Barcelona, but he would not have it, so this is the best I could do. Next time I'll organise a meet at my home town... Razz

I'll take my camera along then! Very Happy

As far as I know they are one hour in front of the UK at the moment. When sorting things like this out the following site is very helpful

Current time in the Uk is GMT + 1hour.

So, 1500 GMT is 1600 in the UK

It's 14.25 "British Summer Time" (BST) in the UK this minute. This is one hour after GMT. i.e. it's 13.25 GMT.
(UK alters clocks to go onto BST from March to Oct, GMT the rest of the year)

which will be 1400 GMT (Greenwich Mean Time)

well, looking at Breddan Butter's link, it is now 16:11 in Madrid. I said to be at the fountain at 16:00 local time. I did not see anyone there at that time, so I think a slap is in order tomorrow...

The time on the cam itself says that it is 3:15 pm (1515) and you said in a prior post that you wanted the meet at 1600 (4:00 pm) so I think we have 45 minutes to wait.
