I recently recieved an E-mail, telling me that my late Uncle had left me over ten million dollars in his will. While I wasn't aware that I had such a wealthy relative, I was quite happy to claim my inheritance. However, his barrister wants me to split the money 50/50 with him. Don't you think that this is a bit cheeky? After all, it's MY money and I want it ALL!

I received one telling me that a total stranger had left me $7.1 million. By the second message he'd stated:

Within a few exchanges he was happy with 10%. The bait is ongoing.

The 'Split' means nothing, as that is exactly what you are going to receive. Always amuses me how they haggle over 5-10% when there are no millions to begin with.

The mugus once in a while are so stupid as to offer a 50/40 split with 20% more going for 'expenses'. Bait them long enough and you'll see it.

I wrote back and said there was no way that I would accept a 50/50 split. He's obviously deeply offended and has either decided to keep my inheirtance to himself (the thieving ***) or offer it to someone else. My Uncle will turn in his grave! Twisted Evil

He's changed his mind and decided to accept my offer of $10000 for his troubles. However, he insists I keep this all confidential - trouble is, as I've just told him, I've already arranged a party to celebrate the fact that I'm now filthy rich and to honour the memory of my late Uncle.
