I'm sorry Reprob, but an apology and new blouse is not adequate punishment for this ignorant kid. I view this as a hate crime and it should be treated as such.
This behaviour won't go away because he had to apolgize and pay money. I'd take this much further as next time it may be a lot worse than a coke on her blouse.
File a formal complaint against him at your local LEO office and go see a lawyer. I'd at least want this bastard attending some classes to better his views of the world. |
