I personally see a bank account as a trophy - and I aim for them now.

Every minute wasted is just that, but getting bank accounts closed down I do enjoy. (also making the lads paraniod of another failed trip to WU). I mainly straight bait, so I am changing their perception of victims, hopefully making them lose patience a lot quicker and insulting real victims in the process.

The other thing I do enjoy is the point in a bait where we revert to insults. I've done that twice with one of my more arrogant pets, and he still comes crawling back.

Getting the Lad stranded in another country is nice.

But I've got to agree with the general consensus that wasting their time and money is a success. Also it makes them wary of any genuine victim who asks a strange question, they think of the time when they were baited - hopefully without knowing - and may in fact drop a potential victim.

Some times - and it's amazing how often this happens - you'll get copied a real victim's e-mail addy so you can contact them direct and warn them. Stopping someone sending money to the Lads, that is a success.

Read all about it Smile

Quote:
For all newcomers to the site, starting your first bait can be a daunting task. I for one had to go through several sleepless nights and numerous changes of underwear every time I received a reply.

I know that many would dearly love to join in the fun, but feel that they wouldn’t have a clue where to start or for that matter what to do when things got a bit tricky. To this end, and please don’t take this as an affront on your baiting skills or intelligence. All newcomers are more than welcome to post in this thread or Pm me and I will happily assign them a mentor, who would act…not so much as mentor, but more as a co-baiter, assisting in guiding you through your first steps and hopefully assisting in the completion of your first bait.

Please PM me if you would like to participate

As many have said...

Anytime you bring suffering to the lads and waste their time, you have a successful bait. It's not about the trophies, it's about wasting their time. Anything you can do to keep the lads' claws away from victim is a good thing.
