ha, having the site go down periodically won't be a problem. It's currently hosted by UK2 who appear to have the same idea about frustrating their customers. They are down more than up normally.

Right then. The banners are now on there... I have used both Luckey and Lineals banners. One for the top and one for the bottom. Excellent work btw both of them look great.

A few changes made, the tracking number is now an md5 of the date and time (down to milliseconds) so this should prevent multiple tracking numbers being the same.

As an example, rather than using 2 now on the track page, try:

Which is a little longer and can easily be confused when telling your lad what the tracking number is Wink

I will work on allowing you to edit the tracking progress a bit tonight but will probably finish it tomorrow. Also ordering the domain name tomorrow so things should be in place for when I go back to work on Tuesday morning.

Oh, any thing that you want to see in the possible muck ups drop down box (such as hi-jacked by pirates, eaten by the dog, courier kidnapped by terrorists etc) let me know and i will get them all in there... again, the more the merrier to get these muppets running in circles.

Hijacked by pirates, eaten by the dog and courier kidnapped are excellent problems for lads. Maybe our lads could suffer the following problems when trying to receive a shipment.

Package misplaced (sent to different distribution center)
Package lost at sea
Package run over by delivery truck
If money is in the package: impounded by coast guard / customs / police
Package intercepted on drugs related issues
Package held by customs on suspicion of counterfeiting

There are loads of problems possible Twisted Evil

Maybe it's possible when looking at the tracking information to add Value below those things to bear in mind? Value in euros, dollars, pounds, whatever.

the mugus are very aware of the number 419. It could be a dead give away that it comes from baiters.

I would like to have some "stock" tracking numbers that I could use that would give baiters a simple "in transit" and "returned unclaimed" but with totally vague data for the mugu to read, maybe with a 1 day pre-dating. Stuff that takes no effort for lazy baiters like me. LOL

What about some gibberish about why it's much better to ship cash via GOIT than to send money via WU? When a lad demands a wire transfer or a WU transfer, it would be nice to be able to refer to the Patriot Act or some other specific problem with WU et al that GOIT avoids. That way we are doing the lad a favor to ship via GOIT.

I can contribute: business prose, stuffy bureaucratic prose, phony government regulations, endlessly tedious explanations of things....words words words.

Also: interactive forms for baiters to fill in and send to their lads.

EDIT: I won't get anything done today... being forced to go to the pub and get drunk sitting in a beer garden. Will upload the full working site in the morning as it's almost ready to go... Really sorry...

The forms will appear as I get more time to do them... I am hoping to create a jpeg when you create an actual tracking number with a few basic things on (such as weight, signature, value etc)

I won't promise anything, but if I get a minute.

A little tip though, if you make some yourself, you can make more work for your lads by producing pink, blue, yellow versions of the same form for office use, customer copy etc.

Multiplies their workload at a stroke. Wink
