help please with adware generic RVN

adware generic.RVN

this mother of a file is causing me grief on the stand alone pc.i cant get shut of it.AVG is finding it a dumping file in vault were i then delete it.ive notice when i do a new scan of whole system it stops at 77000 files scanned instead of the normal 145000 files.
ive run spybot and other malware seek and destroy progs but the bugger is still back.
ive googled and one forum mentions it but not how to rid your pc of it.
my home page isnt changing but at the end of say .co.uk its now got
.co.uk/?ok

whats all that about??

edit: file name is ndnuninstall7_48.exe nothing comes up when googled!!

anyone out there who can help please???

Odd...I got 269 results for ndnuninstall7_48.exe . Apparently hijackthis can cure it or http://boards.cexx.org/index.php?topic=15647.msg64366.
