This is an unexpected reply to my characters claim she is sick of paying fees and taxes only never to get her inheritence. (The lads have been on three western union and two moneygram mini safaris only for UB to chop the drop everytime Twisted Evil

)If there are no more fees to be paid, how is the lad going to get money out of his maga? Want to bet he changes his tune?

Possibilities...
1. Legal fees to some lawyer that has nothing to do with the bank.
2. More taxes
3. Insurance
4. Shipping of the cash
5. Account activation (new account)

There's your answer.
They give you a 'loan'.
Your bank fund is security for that loan.
You pay fees/taxes (by WU I would bet) out of your 'loan'.

I just gazed into my crystal ball and I saw -

Fees many fees small at first but many fees.

But I'm no expert on these things so maybe you consult someone with lead balls
