One of my baiting accounts got an email that looks like an ASEM to someone else regarding some kind of order. It gave order details for some other person in California. It also had a link to click on regarding order status.

I just deleted it, but I wondered what the scam was? ie: some kind of phishing?
....a virus in the link? .... or just some kind of retarded spam?

(Maybe just less evil phishing to get confirmation that it was a valid e-mail address so they could sell it to spammers?)

Could be any of those. Phishing most probable, spyware 2nd, virus 3rd.
