I think I'll be sending one to Miss Anna.
I posted a link but you have to pay for it. (wish they'd tell me that before I filled it out!) I'll try to find a freebie, unless anyone else has one.
This one will need to be amended so i get all her inheritance. Hopefully i can get her to witness and notarize it.

PREMARITAL AGREEMENT
BE IT KNOWN, this agreement is entered into on the _____ day of _____ , 20____, between ________________________________ and ________________________________.

3. In the event of a separation or divorce, the parties shall have no right against each other by way of claims for support, alimony, maintenance, compensation or division of property existing of this date.
4. In the event of separation or divorce, marital property acquired after marriage shall nevertheless remain subject to division, either by agreement or judicial determination.
5. This agreement shall be binding and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, assigns and personal representatives.
6. This agreement shall be enforced under the law of the State of __________________ at the time of the execution of this agreement.

oh yeah, i copied and pasted this one. The laddette got one I dropped into photoshop at 300 dpi. I even threw in a scales of justice and my attorney is of course Dewy Scrooem & Howe. |
