Posted bogus comments ("Nice site! Keep up the good work!") in five rather obscure guestbooks yesterday using the offensive and unoriginal pseudonym "Pat McGroin." Have a dozen scam letters already.

I am such a n00b, er, "mugu."

Ive talked to many coworkers and friends about 419 since discovering this site last week, and nobody really knows much about the phenomenon. Neither, apparently, do owners of guestbooks; otherwise they might question the guymen's cryptic "chalk mark" posts ("guyman keep ooooooooooooff!"). And people don't seem to care much either.

This is the most fun I've had on the Internet since Bil Keane made them take down "Dysfunctiional Family Circus"!
