I can only guess from his email that he's sending it to regular Nigerians (or to the non-scamming email accounts of lads). I've noticed that some unusual Bible verses seem to have special significance to them. There is one somewhere in this thread who cites I Chronicles 16:22, the "neck verse" ("touch not mine annointed and do my prophets no harm", although the mugu rendered it, "curse not mine annointed"). I saw a church application on here that a mugu had filled out where the mugu answered a question about how often he prayed with, "without season." I can only imagine that he meant "without ceasing," (I Thessalonians 5:17) but had never seen it in print.
