The greatest "reverse bait" I ever participated in was setup by a user named Gunther, we convinced this guy he was going to be our regional representative for our company (Australian Widgets or something, I don't really recall). We ran through the normal fake Western Union stuff with him, making him travel a couple hundred miles to get money that wasn't there, eventually got bored and decided to hire him.

Ran through a bunch of "legal paperwork" and "hiring process", then sent him off around Africa to meet the founders. We finally left him far from home with no money, I have no idea what happened to the guy. Last time I spoke with him it was very apparent he was sleeping in the street somewhere; I quit baiting soon after this.
