Hi Guys,

This guy has really annoyed me using the covid19 to scam people in the UK with promises of cheap phones sold via ebay etc. He is the total scum of the earth and has got money off many people before I could reach them to warn.

Please help me waste his time/ report his listings or anything else you can think to stop his scamming!

Of course I have contacted the local authorities and whoever else would listen to this. The bank account is registered with Barclays & is potentially somebody else the scammer is using fraudulently or worse knowingly.

This would still not be the appropriate forum as this is a fake ebay merchant. What we deal with are advance fee fraud scams (scams involving the promising services or an expected outcome in exchange for fees paid in advance). The ebay scam, while it involves payment, is something different. Your best bet would be to report the "seller" to ebay.
