I havenβt played TF2, but I did a healthy amount of Quake back in the day (Quake 3: Team Arena if it matters) and was quite good at it. I should get back into that at some point, but Iβve been focusing on other games recently, and I was never that active with Quake. A lot of my friends were quite into TF2 a while back, but I donβt know if they still play. |

I played Q2 mod Team Fortress, then Q3 Team Fortress. Then when Valve purchased TF2 and made it a stand alone game, I started playing regular Q3.
Q3 is actually free to play now (limited maps), via steam. We should do a duel sometimes  |

I have all the Quake games from Steam; unfortunately, I figured out why I stopped playing: the app data got corrupted, resulting in a bunch of strange graphical glitches, and I couldn't figure out how to fix it immediately. I'll try to solve that issue at some point and get back into it.
Edit: Wasn't that actually, just a Steam setting that got turned on at some point suddenly. I can now play Quake again. Should be fun, as even if I'm a bit rusty, it's like riding a bicycle: you get your skill back quite quickly. |
