I have been straight baiting my lad with months now and I was going to add this in the completed forum when it all fizzled out but I think it might be useful to add now .... So Mohammad is trying to buy soap and we have been back and forth with invoices pricing quantities and other such nonsense until we got to the point where I was merrily heading off to Cotonou with 10,000 Euro and 10 Samsung phones as gifts for the members of C.H.A B ( the people who want to buy the Soap).. so my character flew into Cotonou last night and while my lad and his two collegues waited at the airport 2 other lads stole me away pretending to be a transport company from the hotel, the two lads have me held up in a room somewhere outside Cotonou and they are bringing me to an ATM so I can pay them for their trouble .

Here a few of the lads emails to me today

Quote:
Mr Timothy,

Why is it that you can not confide on me and the organization that
invited you in the first place.

It is natural that people of different colours always look at each
other, but that does not mean they hate each other. After all,are there
no white people that married black in Ireland or in the UK?.

You are safe,I have given you my words, please trust us,just let us
know where you are putting up ,I can come and you see us.

If you want security,we can provide you with adequate security both at
your hotel and where ever you go.

Please pull your self together, you are dealing with good people. The
fact is that we have not even met you ,you are just gripped by fear of
your colour. After all, many white women and men came to Cotonou
yestyerday night by Turkish airlines, are these people not safe?.

Benin Republic is one of thesafest countries in West Africa.

Don,t fear you are 10% safe any where in Benin.Let us know where you
are we can send secutity for you,if that is what you want from you.

Regards

Great 10% safe

Quote:
Timothy,

I can realy understand how you feel about the long and stressful
journey last night by plane, coupled with your first experience in
Benin Republic.

Actually,a big opportunity comes ,but once in while, such as this. But
the bottom line of the situation is your safety which we will provide
for you.

I already talked to CHABJ protocol officer that you are in town,he
said they will dispatch security to you and I to meet with you later
in the day at break hours.

Ofcourse,if I were in your shoes I will feel the same you felt and
also nervous.Apologies acceprted ,no hard feelings.

Since you confide in your transfer company drivers, that alright, but
then we will send authorised security out fit to guide you.

It is quite unbeluieve that you are located at the outskate of the
town,as far as 3 hour drive,which cost €275 Euro.Believe it or
not, those drivers are taking undue advantage of the fact that you have
trusted your life in their hands as a foreigner.

€275 is madness for you to pay only for a round town drive.Moreso, wht
on earth would you stay as far as a place that takes 3 hours to reach.

Mr Timothy, transports here is Cotonou,is not expensive at all, those
transport drivers of yours are using you to their advantage to
maximun.

We usually take or drive our visitors with one of our vehicle/car any
where in Cotonou and beyound.

The simple truth is that those transport drivers of yours whom you
thought are being good to you,are extracting big money from you on
daily basis ,because you are ignorant of the actual transfer fare.

The two young boys are
taking undue advantage of you as a white man to charge you so heavily
for a little service, that cost little to pay.

It will be a pleasure to meet with them.

Regards,
Mohama Coffee

I called my lads Paul and Jacob
13:57 today

Quote:
Hello Timothy,

Every thing is quite ok,only that CHABJ boss(Dr Bokori) is highly
disappointed in you for the simple reason that you never trusted CHABJ
nor me who in the very beginning started this conversation with
understanding and trust.

Paul & Jacob are not only taking advantage, they are also both sucking
you dry by using your situation to exploit you, because you are a
foreigner, visiting Cotonou,the first time.

CHABJ boss (Dr Bokori) could not understand why it is a mere selfie
picture or photo made you to abandoned the hotel you booked and
decided making some phone calls to all the hotels at that late hours
of the night. What if some thing happenerd to you?.Whom would you blame
for that?.Theref is no doubt, you will blame me (Mohama Kofi & CHABJ)
who officially invited you to Benin Republic.

I have not heard about what you called "Roots To Glory festival" before.

Please stop punishing your self unnecessary,CHABJ boss (Dr Bokori)
said I should ask you to give us the phone number you are using where
ever you are located ,so that he can call you him self and takl to
you, because that area you are at the moment is dangerious.

It is quite unbelievable that some one who never invited you to
Cotonou,is taking you around the city/town and you are confortable
with that?.CHABJ boss and other staff are not happy with you because
you are trying to put CHABJ into trouble should any thing happens to
you.

If you were told that the cost of your lodgings and food is €110
Euro, they lied to you,as you already fallen into their traps,of which
you can,t escape it,not until you leave that place, otherwise, with time
other things will unfold.

What exactly are you takling about?,that two strangers who did not
invite you to this country took you to the bank to withdraw the cost
for your return journey.

If you really was listening to my good advice and the advice of Dr
Bokori of CHABJ,you better give us the phone number with which to
contact you and send security men for your safety and to bring you to
CHABJ secretariat with our free vehicle.

Some times you could speak to some body when you seem to be confused
and lack of trust and understanding too.

The only better idea of what time you should meet depends on your
ability to provide us with your phone number with which to contact you
as advised by Dr Bokori of CHABJ,so that you can come to me and CHAB
colleagues soon as possible.

Regards,

Quote:
Mr Timothy,

Are you saying that your two good friens(Drivers) took you out side
Cotonou?.To do what in the first place if I may ask.

Last night I we went to Hotel Western Plus and inquiry they told us
that you did not book any accommodation there again.

We even came to the airport to receive you,you systematically avoided
us and fall into the wrong hands, now you are blaming your self and
regreting your actions.

Now,look at the kind of mess you,ve gotten your self into.

I tried to call your number +353xxxxxxxx,but it did not go through. Is
your number not roaming?.

The only thing to suggest is to ask the boys to see you go back to
your hotel. And if you don,t take time, the hotel might tamper with your
property in the hotel room.

Only pray to God that the engine of the car gets started so that you
can move out of that place.

Regards,

So the reason for the unfinished post is that I want to offer my character up to Birlic and Linoline because Mohammad is ready to come looking for me and he is trying to find two lads that have taken his Mugu ..ps I'd never butt in on anyone's bait but I just couldn't let this go...

Sent this at 04:45 this morning

Quote:
I have good news but I need your assistance and I accept the offer for your security team to pick me, I will pay whatever amount they need, I have plenty of money in my ATM and I still have your money and the phones safely in my bag with my clothes so please please please come soon because they said they are taking a bus next from Jonquet Gare to Nigeria, I don't know the meaning of this?? please come soon and pick me I don't want any more of this.

We drove by night and we are now at Hotel Garcia ,they are going into hotel with a girl and one is waiting by the car, then the other is going into the hotel and one is waiting by the car, I think they are smoking Indian hemp now also and they have had drinks, but they are leaving me sitting in the car ,I found a slip of paper in the car and on it was their real details ,they lodge in room 12 hotel Garcia close to Jonquet car park and their real names are ( snipped)

I like your good idea to ask the lady in the hotel receipt so please please ring the hotel and when you do my story will be confirmed, I have no name for the security man you can send so I told the two boys that the security man is named JooJoo and he will be looking for me for today's meeting, if you ring the reception at the Garcia hotel and leave a message that JooJoo is coming there to find them then reception will tell the two boys and I'm sure I will be allowed out of the car to meet ye.

I don't want to go on a bus journey and I don't like that they are moving me in darkness to hide me, this feels bad to me, if you can't come please show the picture of the boys to the police and send them or if you read this too late please please ask the police to find these boys trying to get on a bus to Nigeria and ask about where they put me
I am Stranded I am desperate

Then the two lovebirds will fill their pants with shit. No doubt!
Muhahahahaha! Laughing Laughing Laughing
Unfortunately, this very funny opportunity's coming too late; our boys are already on their way to Nigeria.

And my lad seems as convinced as ever.. WTF is a Felfie?

Quote:
Mr Timothy,

We have read and understoodf the contents of your mail and your bad
situation in the hands of those Nigerian boys.

I think I told you that felfie and pictures do not guarante safety, but
the fear of God in one.

Anyway,we are coming to the Hotel you mentioned in the next one hour
to pick you up.And make absolute sure the boys do not drag you or
force you to enter the bus heading to Nigeria.

Try to resist any move they make in attempt to take you to Nigeria to
finish you.

Yesterday,we called that bus transport company and the boss said that
the so called Paul left his company long ago and he doesn,t know any
thing about Jacob who's name you mentioned to us.

Wait for us,we will be there.

Mohamad Coffee

Surely, your "protectors" will have taken you to a different location by now?

They have found the cash you had on you...so they know you are worth something. Perhaps they will want to contact the "buyers" and negotiate, lad to lad?

Just to show how heartless these Aholes can be I created Timothy's wife Nora

Quote:
Hello Dear mister Coffee

It is my understanding that my husband Timothy came and met with you on Wednesday for a meeting about our business. It is me that is making the Citronella Candles and I am delighted to make your professional acquaintance. I was just wondering if you know where Timothy is staying because he is not answering his telephone or his emails at all and this is very unusual. I am not very concerned as Timothy takes a lot of adventure cycling holidays all over the world but it is very unusual that he would not send me a message at night with some kisses wishing me to sleep well.

I am most likely overreacting and I do not wish to embarrass Timothy but could you tell me how to get hold of him

Warm Regards Nora

When I was trying to send Mohammad to the hotel that Lollypop was staying at ( with permission from Linoline and Berlic) I sent him the picture or Larry and his friend standing at the park saying these are the drivers who stole me from the airport ,Mohammad did show up because he left me a voicemail demanding I ring him immediately as he had shown the photo to a local who had seen them yesterday so they must be close.... anyway Birlic had confirmed that our intrepid duo were already back in Wari Nigeria so I just allowed Timothy to vanish

Mohammad replies to Nora

Quote:
Hello Dear Mr Nora,

Good you have sent email to us to inquire about your husband visit to
CHABJ and where about.

Your husband Mr Timothy, made a full of all of us in so many ways when
he arrived at Cotonou International Airport on Monday night, the 7th of
October 2019.

I and CHABJ staff went to the airport to pick your husband that
night,to our surprise we did not see Mr Timothy. We went to the hotel
which he told us he will lodge,we did not see him and the hotel told
us that he did not book any accommodation with them. The name of the
hotel is WESTERN HOTEL PLUS(Near the Airport) in Cotonou.

I was surprised when your husband (Mr Timothy) sent mail to me the
same night to inform us that he took another drivers who drove him to
a different hotel , that took them 3 hours drive.

Your husband insulted us and called us bad people because he demanded
for selfie photo from us and video call.We told him that these things
you deman, ded for can not guarantee your safety from bad people.

Your husband used all the abusive words in the wild world on me and
even branded me a devil and a cheat, while he praised the two strange
drivers as good friends of his.

I did not say any thing,it was through email your husband was
communicating with us while in Benin and we asked hil, where exacyly
are you in Cotonou,he said that the two drivers took him to out side
Cotonou,I asked him why?.

I sent mail to him and warned him seriously that he's endandering his
like by trusting drivers who did not invite him to Benin and abandoned
the people that asdked him to come.

PLEASE READ BELOW ALL THE MAILS YOUR HUSBAND SENT TO ME BY EMAIL oONaaHE 7TH OF OCTOBER 2019

He added all the emails Timothy sent after he was "taken"!

Quote:

Nora to Mohammad Friday

Thanks . Timothy gives me such a head pain with all the crazy things that he does. One time we bough a new boat in Madrid Spain and Timothy insisted on sailing it back to Ireland instead of paying the company to deliver it to us, He went along and did his own thing not listening to anyone and he was lost at sea for 8 days, that is only 1 story when Timothy could not take good advise and ran along doing his own thing like a man with no sense .That man is not right in the head sometimes but I love him so very very much and we have a great life together.

Mr Coffee can I start by saying I am sorry but do not worry about Timothy he will return here and this will end up being another story of adventure he tells everyone at parties and when having food and drinks.

Unfortunately I am always the one who has to fix these problems, I was reading all the emails and I was ordering all the supplies so I know that he has to send ye some money and he promised to send 10 phones and an IPad, I really want to work with you and C.H.A.B and I was very happy to see all the paper work ye supplied. I told timothy to use a courier like DHL or the equivalent and send this to you but he wont ever listen to good advise and decided to go to Africa on a crazy errand

Mohammad can you please tell me the exact amount of money that you require as I assume ye have incurred additional costs due to Timothys delaying and can you tell me exactly what models of phone and Ipad ye want, put the receiver name and address on you reply and I will send everything over asap.

I am sorry about all this, I will make sure Timothy sends a full email explaining his behavior as soon as he lands back in Ireland

Warmest Regards

Nora

Have a wonderful weekend x

If he really thinks two Nigerian lads have my characters husband locked up somewhere in Nigeria forcing him daily to go to to an ATM withdrawing money until they bleed him dry surely he will have some bit of a heart....but no humanity takes a back seat and greed prevails

Apologies for the long winded emails but the plan is to keep Nora straight and believable and than fade her into the background so pitiful log can take over.

Quote:
Good Morning Dear Mister Coffee

I was able to secure the items and the 12 Thousand 3 Hundred GBpounds required, I am using the shipping company that we propose to use when we start shipping our product ( Citronella candles & Liquid base soap) and I have paid the full fee, there will no charge to the receiver for this service, I also paid an extra fee for additional security as the package value is high.

The time is 10:46 and I Nora O'Leary am present here now at Pitiful Log Irish Hub as the package is being closed with the security seal in place. This seal can only be opened by the intended recipient Fxxxx Uxxxxxx and no other due to the cash value held within

Please note for I have included Mr Dxxxxx from Pitiful Log in this email as he will be providing you with the shipping details tracking numbers and contact details of the hub team at your location. I wanted to give Dxxxx your telephone number and the numbers you provide for the C.H.A.B board members but he said that due to security reasons all communication will be carried out clearly over written emails only to you as they do not allow the hub team to take phone calls due to the dangers of unknown people diverting packages.

Mr Coffee sir I trust that you will now see from the above that I am a doing everything I can to ensure that we can become C.H.A.B suppliers and provide you and the board with the service of Soap and Candle supply on a once per month for 12 moth basis as you requested.

I have no news yet from Timothy, has he been in touch with you?

The shipment details are as follows

1 x 2019 Ipad with accessory pack
1 x 5 gallon drum of Liquid base soap as sample provided FOC
1 x 9.2kg box of citronella candles as samples provided FOC
Personal cash value item as per client agreement to receiver

The sender details are as follows

The receiver details are as follows
( P-log take full responsibility for delivery time and location as agreed with the receiver )
Mr Fxxxx Uxxxxxxxxx
Address: xxx xxx Messebo

Africa

Warmest Regards

And even though I said exchanging phone numbers is not permitted he titled the next email "Add The Receivers Phone Number"

Quote:
Good Afternoon, Dear Mrs Nora,

We do appreciate all your efforts to see that this transaction
benefits both parties and to be a long lasting contract.

C.H.A.B board and contract award committee is delighted to have you as
their suppliers of Soap and Candle per month for 12 moth basis as we
requested.

We have no news yet from Timothy, but we want to involve the police by
giving the police the photo of the two boys ,which Timothy sent to
us,that picked Timothy on arrival at the airport for investication.

Hopefully,we will do that today.

For security reason,I dont think it is a good idea to enclose "CASH"
in that parcel, because the customs here in Cotonou,Benin Republic will
check the contents of the parcel and might steal the money.

SEE BELOW THE BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION TO SEND THE MONEY:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(Snipped)

Therefore, I will strongly advise you to remove the money/CASH from
that parcel and send the money to the Bank Account Information I sent
to you last week.

Every other thing there in is okay by us.

Please ask your courier company to add the telephone number which I
werte when I gave you the name and contact of the receiver of the
parcel.

Below is the same receiver's details with the phone number:

(snipped )

Kindly ask ( Edited to - Pitiful Log) to include this number of Mr Fxxxxx
Uxxxxx to the receiver's details.

Regards,
Mr Coffee

And then he sent the same email again with the title "dont put CASH/MONEY in the parcel" - Ahhhhhhhh poor lil didums

Please verify the information below. If the information is correct, please confirm to us as soon as possible. If you feel the information is incorrect or incomplete, please let us know too.

Receiver :Mr Frank
Address:*** Cotonou,Republic of Benin, Africa
Contact email: ***

Please confirm the above information as soon as possible, so we can process your parcel. The parcel is equiped with a GPS-tracker, which allows you to track it's position day and night. As soon as the GPS-tracking has been enabled, you will receive an email with the login information.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

kind regards,

Don McPillow

He replied with the same message as posted by Braintoxic, and also send another request to include the phone number for the receiver and to not put cash in the parcel

P-log responded
Quote:

Dear Mr. Coffee,

thank you for your email. I will amend the information as requested.

The parcel has already arrived at our warehouse at Cork Airport. If all goes well, it will be on its way to Heathrow (London) within the hour with today's scheduled cargo flight. At Heathrow the parcel will be consolidated into a larger shipment headed to our Casablanca hub. From there it will go to the regional hub closest to you. I estimate that the parcel should reach the receiver on Friday (at the latest).

As soon as the parcel has been processed at our airport warehouse, the GPS-tracking will be enabled, and you will receive an automated message with some information. A user account will be generated for you, so you can log in to our tracking service. You will need the trackingnumber and PIN to access the website. For security reasons, I am unable to give you PIN. However, it has been issued to the sender of the parcel. Please contact them for the PIN.

As for the contents of the parcel, I am sure that you are aware that we merely provide logistics services. Any questions you might have about the content of the parcel should be directed at the sender.

I hope you will enjoy our best-in-business 5-Star Service. Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is anything I can assist you with.

Dear Mr. Coffee,

thank you for your email.
I am not up to speed on the specifics of our African operation. All I know is that parcels are send from the main warehouses to local hubs, and distributed from there. In my career I have sent countless parcels to Benin, and I honestly can't recall any time when there was a problem.

I'm leaving it vague. If he wants more detail, I will forward the question to corporate. I'm sure Bill Hamm (Director of Customer Service) will be able to answer.

Dunno yet Fridge but if he can be moved then Bertje is the man to do it

Our lad realised that Nora put all his money in the package Sad, he sent a series of emails with the same body but changing the titles to to URGENT to try and get my attention

Quote:
Hello Dear Mrs Nora,

I am emphasising on the security of the money or CASH you said that
you put together with other items in the parcel which Pitiful-log
is sending to Cotonou,Republic of Benin.

Mr Duggy ,the Pitiful-log , Operational Manager in Cork,
Ireland said that the contents of the parcel should be directed at the
sender (ie YOU),he merely provides logistics services.

You better speak to Mr Douggy to re-call the parcel back ,so
that you will remove what ever CASH or money you put therein.

Further more,Mr Douggy says we need the tracking number and
PIN to access the website and he made us to understand that the PIN
Code has been issued to the sender of the parcel(ie YOU).

Doggy advised us to contact you for the PIN.r,would you mind
to give us the PIN?.

Regards,
Mr Coffee

Nora to Mr Coffee

Quote:
Hello again Mister Coffee

I just came from my sisters house and I saw that you sent me many emails and some duplicates, I was given a pin number 66333 so I will check later to see if the delivery is still here in Cork and go to get the money out.

I put the money in the parcel because when Timothy said he was going to Africa, I asked him why and he said he must go there because you wanted the money as cash and put direct into your hand. I was surprised because its not a normal way to pay a person but nothing about Timothy is ever normal as you know now, I'm really happy to hear the lady saw Timothy and he is well, he gives me head pain with his antics and behaviour.

Warmest regards

Nora

Mr Coffee to Nora

Quote:
Hello Mrs Nora,

Ofcourse,I sent series of mails in the past few hours informing you to
withdraw the money from that parcel before it left Cork City for
London.

In a few mails I sent to Mr Duggy to that effect in the
afternoon,Mr Duggy said that the parcel was still at their
warehouse in Cork City, about to leave for London.

Please contact Mr Duggy to help bring out the money to avoid
any mistake or loss to be encured upon arrival of parcel in
Cotonou,Benin Republic.

Once you retrieve the money from the parcel, send it through the bank
account given to you,it will get to us timely.

We don,t know how to use the PIN Number ( 66333 ) you sent to us.If
you don,t mind, would you guide/direct us via email on how to use the
PIN Number?.

Timothy is well,he will definitely come home, don,t feel head about that.

Nora to everyone, I want to stop him looking at Nora as a solution and get him dealing directly with Bertje, Nora needs to become useless

Quote:
Hello to everybody that is included in this email, as ye may or may not be acutely aware of the impending situation but if ye are aware or are not aware as the case may be I want to ask that this matter is cleared up because the receiver it seems does not know what the pin number means and is not aware at this time so that this matter may be resolved in a timely fashion, I am not presently stating that we actually have a matter at hand but in the event that we do I expect that it will be resolved, let it be also duly noted that I Nora O'leary The Sender paid the extra money for the shipping and security so if at this late stage of the day we are not aware how to track this parcel then I hope at the very least am making myself clear

Upmost regards

Nora O Leary The Sender and payee

Then he sent me this email out of nowhere and at first I didn't see his angle but then it hit me! He has been informed that the package is on the way, he expects to get in the next the few days and the only thing than go is wrong is if Nora starts to worry about Timothy who was taken by two lads when going to meet the lad in Benin, I guess he figured that if Nora worries she may seek help and show someone all the emails thus foiling his plan a d resulting in Nora calling back thd package

Mr Coffee to Nora

Quote:
Hello Mrs Nora,

This afternoon,we went back to the Transport Company where the two
boys who received Timothy at the airport on arrival are working and we
met a couple of staff there and one of them (A Female) said she saw
your husband (Mr Timothy) yesterday being Sunday, the 13th of October
2019,with the boys near Hotel Dulac.

The lady told us that she saw Timothy entering a taxi cab with one of
the boys and drove away.

I believe Timothy has another transactions he is running with those
boys, which possibly must have made him not to communicate with any
body up till now.

I hope, when Timothy is done with his business with those boys,he will
definitely get back to us and also get intouch with you too, since you
know his kind of person.

Finally,if the CASH /MONEY you packages with the product samples and
phones is not safe, please withdraw the parcels and remove the cash and
send it by t/t transfer with the account information I sent to you in
my previous email messages today.

Waiting to hear from you.

Regards,
Mr Coffee

This is a long ass email but I am really trying to get him to start tracking the package and take his focus off Nora, I spoke to him loads on the phone as Timothy but no way I am doing a woman's voice , il just start laughing

Nora to Mr Douggy from pitiful log and our lad CCd

Quote:
Dear mister Douggy

I awake here at this early hour expecting that my parcel has been returned to Cork airport and to my dismay I note that I have not received a reply email yet, I tried to track my parcel but the process is not clear to me so I cant track it?

Mr Douggy can I insist that as soon as you are seated at your office desk that you clearly explain how I can track the parcel with the use of this pin number 66333, I am able to log in with my username and password but what next? I'm not aware so please explain again and explain simple and clear as this is making me stressed.

May I remind you that in the near future my husband and I will be using P-log to send monthly crate loads of products to Benin so its important that we can know how the tracking works, am I making myself clear enough.

When I was in the Cork hub witnessing the security seal being placed the lady showed me how to use the tracking system on her desk computer and she showed me all the packages delivered in Africa with no issues but now I cant track my own parcel? This is a priority so with that in mind is there a customer service agent or manager that can assist me ?

Please inform your manager that the issue at hand is as follows, I Nora O'Leary the sender has or had at the time of security sealment placed an item in the package that I now wish to remove.

Mr Douggy I am acutely aware that the only person that can open the package now is the receiver, If it is the case that my package has been moved to another country and is not currently returned to Cork airport can you or your customer care manager propose this solution?

If I Nora the sender and Mr Coffee acting on behalf of the sender were to give our Express permission then could the package be dismantled at the UK airport by a trusted person and then can each box within be opened. The opener will note that I have placed 3 medium sized boxes in the package all marked and sealed with sticker saying "Citronella Candle Samples" but one of the boxes when opened has my money inside, all the money is securely sealed in bundles with a rubber band for security.

Tell the trusted person that they can reach in carefully and remove a small amount of the money so they can pay to have this box containing the money sent back to me as soon ad possible

My sincere regards the sender Nora

Mr Douggy ( Bertje) replies to Nora our lad CCd

Quote:
Dear Mrs. Nora, dear Mr. Coffee

I am sorry that you are having problems with our service. Tracking the parcel is quite easy:

- go to www.P-log.com
- login with your username (email address) and password
- enter the the tracking number and PIN

After this the location of your parcel will be displayed.

Regrettably, it is impossible to do as you requested, as the parcel has already been consolidated into a larger shipment and is currently at Schiphol airport, Amsterdam. Furthermore, company regulations state that a sealed parcel may never be opened by PITIFUL employees, only the receiver.

I am forwarding your message to mr. Bill Ham, Director of Customer Service so he is aware of your complaint. He will be able to address it better than I can.

Kind regards

Nora relies

Thank you for your good response Mr Douggy, I feel much at ease now.

Bill Ham ( Bertje) to the rescue

Quote:
Good morning all,

Douggy, thank you for forwarding mrs. nora's message.

Mrs. Nora, sorry to hear that you feel there are some issues with the service we are providing. We pride ourselves in having the best 5-star customer service.

I think Douggy has addressed your issues with regards to tracking the parcel. If you need any more assistance. Please let me know.

As for removing the seal: I am afraid that is impossible, both from a practical and legal point of view. As soon as a parcel has entered the logistics process, it is impossible to access it until it has reached it's final distribution hub. We could remove the seal there, but there are legal implications as well. As you might know, PITIFUL is a Dutch company and as such has to abide by Dutch law. The laws governing the distribution and delivery of parcels simply prohibit the removal of a seal by anyone else than the receiver of the parcel. If we were to remove the deal anyway, we might incur severe penalties and fines. I am sorry, but there is nothing I can do here.

If you need any more assistance, please let me know.

Kind regards,

Bill Ham
Director, Customer Service

So Bill Ham and Nora have solved all the issues by doing absolutely nothing and our lad has not yet had a chance to reply

Our friend is not very bright ....he can't seem to track his parcel...and he is still curious about the African operations of P-log

Quote:

Mr Douggie,

Alot of effects have been put in tracking the parcels based on the
guideline and instructions which you provided to us by using both
username (email address) and password to enter tracking number and
PIN,still every thing failed.

If I may ask you,are you sure your tracking is working on your
website?.DHL,Fedex,UPS etc ,their tracking work, why is it your
www.plog.com keeps failing?.

And why does it have to be only you and your company can tell us the
location of the parcel??.

And how do we know the location of the parcels while on transit and
which local hubs in Cotonou the parcel will be in their custody when
it arrives?.

Please take note that we have received parcels and packages the same
way from India,China etc and in the end,the parcels reached us through
DHL or TNT in Cotonou. Is this going to be the same case with your
company??.

However, which of the above listed courier service companies will be
the end deliverer of the parcels in Benin on arrival in
Cotonou??Please advice.

Waiting for your answer.

Regards,
mr. Coffee

Dear Mr. Coffee,

thank you for your email.

I have taken the liberty to check with out IT-department and they confirm that our tracking service is up and running and should work as expected. They also confirmed that you were able to change your password for your user account, which means that the account was generated successfully. I suspect there is a user error preventing you from accessing the tracking service.

As a precaution, I have had the IT-department reset your password to the standard one.

To access the tracking service, please do exactly the following:

- go to www.plog.com
- enter your username: mrcoffee@gmailand the standard password :STANDARD!! (include the exclamation marks)
- follow the instructions to change your password
- Log in with your username (mrcoffee@gmail and the new password
- Enter the trackingnumber: TRK811**** and PIN: 66*** to track your parcel.

As far as you inquiry about our operations in Africa, I will forward your email to mr. Hamm, as I am unfamiliar with how our African operations are handled, as I indicated previously.

@Bill, would you please answer mr. Kofi's question about our operations?

Thank you for guiding us on how to track the parcel on your website.
We've tried it as per your instruction and it worked.

Another issue which keeps giving us a serious concern is which local
courier company
will receive and deliver the parcel to Mr Frankon
arrival in Cotonou,Benin?.

Do forward my email and inquiry about your operations in Benin
Republic precisely to Mr. Hamm,
as you are unfamiliar with how your Benin Republic operations are handled.

Waiting for a favourable reply from Mr Bill, regarding this situation
which has to be addressed properly, prior to arrival of the
parcel in Benin.

Bill Hamm is finally done with his busy schedule of afternoon meetings

Quote:

Dear Mr. Coffee,

thank you for your email.

If I understand correctly, you want to know who will deliver your parcel in Cotonou. I'll gladly explain our process.

Plog has a network of secure warehouses across Africa. These warehouses are equiped with state of the art security featues, to keep your parcel safe until it is delivered to you. While we do not have warehouses in every country, I am proud to say that we have 100% coverage for Africa (with the exception of some areas in the Sahara, Namib and Kalahari deserts). Typically a parcel will be routed to warehouse closest to the delivery point and be dispatched from there once final arrangements for delivery have been made.

Your parcel will be routed through our Casablanca hub, and then to our Lagos (Nigera) hub, as we do not have a warehouse in Benin (yet).  Once the parcel reaches Casablanca the manager for our African Operations (mr. Cumberband) will contact you to verify some details about the parcel and delivery. After those formalities have been completed the parcel will be forwarded to the Lagos hub, and our local manager (mr. Sleepy) will contact you to make final arrangements for delivery.

For deliveries in Benin we usually deploy local contractors , although for HVC (High Value Content) parcels like yours, we typically do the delivery ourselves (however, this is up to the discretion of the local operational manager).

If you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

kind regards,
Bill Hamm

Quote:
Mr Ham,

Thank you for your detailed information on how the parcel will be
delivered to the receiver (Mr Fxxxxxxxx) on arrival in
Cotonou,Republic of Benin.

I can understand that once the parcel reaches Casablanca the manager
for your African Operations (Mr. Cumberband) will contact us to
verify some details about the parcel and delivery.

1)If you don,t mind what kind of details would Mr Cumberband would
he like to verify,as formalities, before the parcel will be forwarded
to your Lagos hub?.Please advice.

2)And what other dertails would your local manager (Mr. Sleepy) need to make final arrangements for delivery?.Please
advice.

3) I do hope that both Mr Cumberband of Cassablanca and Mr
Sleepy of Lagos have the phone number of the receiver with
which to contact us ,which was included in the receiver's address by
Mr Douggie ,according to Mr Douggie ?.Please advice.

I believe the only both Mr Cumberband of Cassablanca and Mr
Sleepy of Lagos can communicate with us is by telephone
conversation.

Below is the phone number of the receiver which was omitted by Mr
Douggie ,when he asked us to confirm the contact details of the
receiver of the parcel:
+229xxxxxxxx.

With this number mentioned above which is the contact phone number
,both your two managers can communicate with the receiver effectively.

I must confess that this your process is rather cumbersome and strange to me.

Thank you for all your efforts to give us this useful information.

Regards,
Mr Coffee
