A bunch of those went around a few months ago. There's nothing you can really do, as they don't give a reply-to address. They just hope that enough people will be spooked that you'll send money. You could try responding, I suppose, but it most likely won't go anywhere.

I've seen these before, they spoof their from address and use password leak dumps to send a bunch of these. It's interesting but almost certainly just a bluff.
