I agree with Yastreb: I've seen similar (though not quite as crazy) nonsense that clearly was trying to trick spam filters to let it through.

It gives you all kinds of opportunities to force the lad to explain what he means, by asking endless questions about each and every detail of the birth, the pots, the cloths, the necked, and on and on. Laughing

Indicating a willingness to pay, but only after a clearer understanding, can keep a lad on hook and dancing to your questions for a long time.
