I know these types of scams are very common. Upon browsing apartments.com I came across a very obvious scam. Scammer is listing a high-end apartment for the price of what a room for rent goes for in the area, all amenities included, wants to be emailed directly, and also has a phone number.

I searched the phone number. It's connected to the same name over and over again and comes up on tons of different rental sites for all different states in the US. Each property has a different email address associated with it.

Does anyone handle these types of scams? I can honestly understand why no one would. Just curious. Thanks!
