Apologies if this has been posted but I haven't seen it.
As pretty much everyone knows, Photobucket abruptly killed millions of forum photo links in one fell swoop, demanding a $400 a year ransom payment per user. It caused devastation all over the Interwebs.
Tonight I learned about a quick Firefox add-on to bring all of those links back to life: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/photobucket-fix/?src=api
I tried it. It works! |

I gave up with Photobucket a year ago - too many pop up ads and freezes. Awful how it got worse over a few years. |

I can confirm that the add-on works for Chrome, at least for some of the threads in Greatest Hits. |

I'll never use them again, but I'm glad I can still see images on various forums again. Their sudden ransom demand was one of the most unconscionable things I've seen happen on the net. |

^^^ I agree. That must have been the game plan all along. It would have worked better if they were asking for a reasonable amount. $10 or $20. You don't go from free to $400. That's just insulting. What idiot thought that up? |
