They appear on the Hong Kong Securities & Futures Commission Alerts page as an "Unlicensed entity".

My guess is that it's a boiler room scam, which is not something that we deal with here.

It's also possible that it's a name being used in a fake site in some other scam. Please feel free to send me a private message with further information if you like, or clarify with another post in this thread.
