If that is the box scam scenario, you can just tell the lad an address that does not exists. Lad will not send anything but the precious goods will stuck at fake custom.

If the lad is really sending you something, most likely a gift purchased by stolen credit card. Therefore, better not receive anything. You can make any excuses that you can not receive any goods.

Roberto, you have a classic vlad on the hook-not easy to find this variety of scammer these days. He's what we call a "Fat Boris" who will hit you up for various sorts of traveling fees.
