I imagine the small payments that were forthcoming won't improve his mood much either when he mails you next.

His latest tactic on one of my tour operators is to re-book for a few weeks away for less people, hence lower cost so he's already covered the cost. I'll request some of those bank details that seem to work so well before telling him that the bank has audited my accounts and found about 15 payments that need returning. Very Happy
