Okay, I think I managed to extract from this broken English that I should write to Anthony MARK to request a change to Visa from Mastercard but I must not mention the reason (i.e., that I was banned by Mastercard from owning on of their cards).

I wrote:

Make the reason something personal to your character. That's why mine was that I did something naughty with a Mastercard when I younger (but didn't state what exactly that was!). Of course Mastercards work for anyone else anywhere in the world, that's not the issue. I'm just banned from owning one, that's the problem.

(Piecing together the order of emails sent and received across a couple of correspondents is such a pain when using Gmail with its "conversation" grouping. Is there a way to dump all emails into a folder and sort them individually by date in Google Mail? Would make life slightly easier.)

When the card is in a parcel and the PIN number is in another parcel, it is more difficult for fraudstars to steal the card. So... please let me know when I will be receiving my PIN number.
