Legitimate Sites Possibly Hacked

I don't have a lot of info about this scammer yet because I've only just started communicating them, but I have a concern that they may be using hacked legitimate sites to scam victims.

I received an email claiming to be recruiting Secret Shoppers. They gave me the standard lines, "make money", "easy work", ect, but they also included a link to business website (we'll call it A.com) that automatically redirects to another business website (we'll call it B.com).
The B.com page has a very well made recreation of the real Secret Shopper page asking for name, email, address, ect.

The concerning part is that both A.com and B.com appear to be legitimate businesses. A.com's home page is simply a company site that is linked to a real Amazon store that sells imported products. B.com's home page is the site for a mold removal company based in California. It has some flaws here and there, but it's quite extensive and has a great deal of content that one would not expect a fake site to have (FAQ, phone numbers, emails, reviews).

I would normally post these to the fake sites board, but I don't want to hurt actual business people, so what should I do? Contact the hosts? Maybe the owners of the sites?
