I suggest that Betty gets so sick that she has to be transferred to another country. Unfortunately she dies, but to the mugus good luck, she leaves a will, leaving the amount of $ 70,000.00 USD dollars to the mugus. They will have a week to collect the money or it will be donated to a church. Find a country that is far but not too far where they can travel.

Once here you will be able to collect your $8,280, plus the $2,000 that was contained in the parcel along with the electronics. This would easily be enough to cover travel expenses here to Abuja.

Suppose that in the rush to compensate E&F, someone forgot to get full clearance from GPS' accounting office, and the bean-counters have only just noticed, and they put a stop order on the shipment, which will languish in an office outside Nigeria until form FU-2 is submitted to the accounting office and processed...
