Eddy Obaseki over at Brimo Oil and Gas sent me five messages in two days that went like this:

I was feeling like I was being hunted down, so I responded with this.

1) How much oil do you have to sell?

2) Do you have clear title to the oil? Are there any liens against the
property?

3) Where is the material currently stored? How much is currently owed
for storage?

4) Have you estimated how much shipping to the US will cost? What
shipping company do you prefer to use? Why?

5) Please report sulphur content of your oil in milligrams per
dekaliter (SuMG/Dl). Please state the sulphur assay method. Only Izod
Estimation (IZE) and High Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) are
acceptable. The courts have held that older methods such Ferrous
Analyne Retrograde Tangent (FART) studies to be inconclusive and
therefore illegal.

6) Upon sale of any materials in the US, buyers will require
certifications showing sulphur content for any sale in excess of 10,000
barrels. Be warned that sales in excess of 50,000 barrels will probably
require an independent sulphur assay.

and one last item,

7) Can you authorize a Dunn & Bradstreet investigation of your firm? I
won't be able obtain financing from my creditors without this
investigation.
