^^^ I have not given the lad a reason for the transfer failure.

I sent John a copy of the email from "my bank" confirming the transfer was in progress. The email included the original bank account information sent by "John". He hasn't figured out that the second three in the account number was changed to an eight. Oops! Very Happy

I told Johan that it take 3 to 5 days for the money to show in his account so now it's the lads turn.

I'm by no means the best baiter here. (Gross understatement) I've just learned a lot by doing all kinds of baits and in this case just been lucky that the Lad hasn't twigged from my fake Pirate character. It's a bait that I get up in the morning thinking about what kind of trouble my character can be into.

Honestly, because I'm putting the unimportant stuff (To the Lad) in the first paragraph and the Financial BS in the second paragraph. The lad is probably blowing past whatever is said there and just reading the second one and reacting to just that. (Glad you are getting a good laugh though)

^^^^ I was thinking of going with something I know about, which is yarn, but not heavy wool/cotton yarn, perhaps a baby alpaca or silk bamboo? Those are so light he would have to buy a ton of product for a high shipping cost (hence more CCs).

Then just play his game. I've had good luck with about $7000.00 for my services and he's added another $7000.00 for his starting take. After that you can do it like any regular business deal except that the Credit Cards don't quite go through for $4000.00 per like he hopes. It's a good idea for the first two cards to run up a sizeable amount so he has to complete the total in order to get his payday.

Jerome is a bit more lazy about his charging skills. John said to charge $3000.00 at a time but when they do not go through Jerome just stops and asks for more instructions.
