due to the recent events (prism etc), I'm feeling somewhat insecure at using gmail (and yahoo) for my private mail correspondence. I had this feeling before, especially the idea that I use the same mail provider for my personal stuff and baiting (different, non linked accounts but still the same company).
so, which email provider is trustworthy? I read about hushmail here, it seems to be interesting (as a non-free account) and they offer encryption. but it's still an america based company (okay, canada, but that's close).
so, any suggestions for good and reliable mail providers (europe based or somewhere else)? |

No more real privacy for you or you have to throw your cellphone away. stop using the internet, sell your satellite car, avoid public camera's and such, do not use your credit card, loose your TV(s). Don't get Google glasses and stay away from public area's with high traffic and so on and on.

Best thing? Learn Spanish, go to the States, they're "most Wanted" list doesn't change that much over the years, Mexicans are free to come and go, so they must have lefts some clear area's there |

Run your own mail server. I use Postfix.
For encrypted communication, use Torchat. It's an IM app that runs on Tor. |
