He is an idiot and a fraud! Only scamming doctors would say what he does. They are just looking to steal our money, please get Mary out of there and into a real hospital where doctors are not trying to extort foreign patients.

I know what I would do and I have already told you. hospitals don't charge first, that is why that fraud wants the money in cash. Hospitals always have accounts to pay into. You need to give him a swift kick in the mouth and get your money back. That went right in his pocket.
