If you received a payment which is amounted at few thousand or a few hundred dollars can it be chargeback by the sender ? like can he retrieve the money?

Once money sent by Western Union or Moneygram has been picked up, it cannot be reclaimed by the sender. That's why scammers prefer to be payed via WU or MG... once they pick it up, there is no way for their victim to get their money back. That is also why it is so important to never send money via these services to anyone that you do not know personally, in order to avoid falling victim to a scam.

If the money hasn't been picked up yet, the transfer can be recalled. But as bearkat419 said, once it's picked up nothing can be done.
