I hired him to hack to another scammer who stole my dollars (a non-existent email ). Next day, he told he did and asked to pay him $500 before handing the information.
After 5 painful trips to Money Gram office, he's not happy

Too bad he was never able to actually prove that he was a great hakka by hacking something. Well, not without a cash payment at least.
