Yes, this is an e-mail header. Go to http://www.iptrackeronline.com/email-header-analysis.php and paste it into the window and you will see that the mail originates from Nigeria.

I will report your duplicate post as there is no need to write the same question in two different posts

thanks for checkig that for me...i thought as much it would have come from nigeria..im just trying to stop my brother ho has aspbergers from sending monney to this person he believes is a zimbabwean diplomat...
