Hey baiters!

I need a phone number to legitimise my baits. Well I do already have one but I need a site that will let me upload my own voicemail message. I want to upload some fake call system to lengthen their time on the phone. I don't want to provide any information such as a phone number to sign-up. I'm currently using flextel but the interface is pretty bad and doesn't allow me to upload a custom voicemail message without calling some number. I have searched the forum but some sites aren't accepting members, don't exist now and so on so just curious what people are using now. Thanks for any help!

K7 and Google Voice are free
Skype is dirt cheap

I don't know of any site that allows you to upload your voicemail message without calling the number to record it... Question

It's been a while since I have signed up for a free working number, so I am not sure if all of those are still free or not.

I didn't include GoogleVoice since I don't think it is available outside the US and of course, you have to pay a fee for a Skype number.

Personally I have been using call safe, but the problem with that is the fact numbers only last at most one week and it can be difficult convincing a scammer you have 400 phones Wink

Out of interest on the above links I assume we all give fake details, is there any legal 'problem' with this at all? I really wish we had google voice over here! Sad

^^^ There don't seem to be any issues with signing up with fake details, I've had my 070 number from Yac for years with no problems.

I would recommend Yac, easy to use, can redirect to voice mail or any other phone to stay anonymous and it costs lads $$$ lots to call.

Tell the lad that you have to keep getting a new number cause you are broke and they keep shutting down your number or you really love your girlfriend (boyfriend/whatever) but whenever they get drunk they smash your phone and you have to get a new one, or you believe you are being stalked by aliens/your government and you keep getting a new number so they can't find you. I agree making a lad think I am incredibly paranoid could be brilliant! Would work as an excellent reason for making him constantly go back over the same thing to prove he isn't trying to trick me! I think I may work this into one of my current baits as it has lots of potential me thinks Cool

I have just made a Yac for future baits and to save myself from constantly having to make a new number forever, quite excited as the problem with call safe is it would run out about before the lads had a chance to abuse me on it and I really need something for my signature on here! Wink
