Linda Amponsah - anyone heard if she is a scammer?

Nothing comes up on the first few pages of Google to indicate that. These scammers do change pseudonyms often enough, though.

That said, could you post up an example of why you think she's a scammer? Opening letters are usually good enough indicators.

A friend of mine met her on a dating site, "getiton" and now she is coming out to NZ to be with him after only 2 weeks. She hasnt asked for money but we are worried for him as it seems so sudden. He will be the only person she knows in NZ so is moving straight in with him.

Look she could be genuine, we are all hoping this is true, but we are also concerned that she may not.

From the little you have told us it would seem highly likely it is a scammer.

I am predicting that just before she makes it to your friend she will have a misfortune that requires your friend to send her money.
