I am in the very early stages of a bait. The mugu has REFUSED to believe my excuse that I have repeatedly tried to call him, but that the calls are not going through.

Would anyone want to receive a phone call for me? PM for details.

Thanks for the transcription! The mugu wrote today suggesting that we need a probate lawyer, and hinting that he had one in mind. I have, today, sent the following to the mugu (my character is an administrator at a hospital that specializes in the treatment of Lycanthropy):

Update- I have introduced a new character - my probate lawyer. Lawyer has written the mugu as follows:

So, here is my proposal: I will start working with Mark on the papers. You will send him an e-mail stating that you need $6,000 for demure rage fees. I will tell him this is normal - I will offer to send the money for him.

I will send you $3,000 and keep $3,000 for me.

If we continue to work together, we can both make a lot of money. I will keep one-half and send the other one-half to you.

If you do not work with me, I will tell M**** that you are a criminal.

Do you agree?

Those who know me will recognize one of my favorite modalities. I smell a lawyerly double cross approaching.....

Here are the mugu's two reactions to the foregoing e-mail from the "probate lawyer".

First, to the victim:

Have you contact the given barrister nhere in Nigeria that i gave to you? please call me as soon as you recieved my e-mail.

The victim hasn't responded yet, but it is going to be some thing like "My lawyer said to wait while he researches legal questions relating to international inheritance" or something like that.

The mugu has also written the victim's corrupt lawyer:

To which the lawyer has written back - there is nothing to talk about - take my offer or ELSE.

My mugu is getting worried. He wrote this to the original victim:

I will advice you to forward all correspondence from the so call ALBERT UNDERST@KER and all his contact detail/payment information which you have used in making payment to him so that i can go to the probate section of federal high court of justices to make an entry to this regards so that he can be investigated also to know if he is a real practising lawyer.
All i want you to do is for you to contact the paying bank or the barrister i ask you to contact so that we can get this done successfully without going through bottle tied neck from any source.
Finally,make sure you forward all correspondend/ information of so called ALBERT UNDERT@KER so that i can investigate on it like i said as i do no want us to lost our oppurtunity and chance of losing this fund.
I wait for your call and response for onward progress thank.

Note that he cannot get my lawyer's name right.

I have advised him to rest assured that dear Albert is an old and trusted friend, and is one of the most prominent lawyers in Upper Mend@city, Vermont.
