The following people operates as pro dating and scam group in Lugansk:

Liliya Golovkova: Pro dater
Yakira kvartal
91000 Ukraine, Lugansk
+380 958568508
[email protected]
[email protected]

Oksana Pastovyen (Pastoven): Flats landlord and former scammer
Frunze street
Ukraine, Lugansk

Elena Vladimirovna Mostavaya (aka Victoria Vodonaeva, Vodyanikova, Zherebnaya, Butkova): false letters and former scammer

Vladislav Molozin (bank account receiver)
Account 5457082050119747
Lugansk PrivateBank

After 6 months of emails correspondence with Liliya Golovkova I went to visit her twice in Lugansk. Both times it was impossible to meet her alone, (apart from 1 hour the last day). She was always with her friend “Evgenia”, who act as a translator even if Liliya, at the end of our story, became suddenly fluent English.

Liliya booked herself the apartment, the owner was Oksana Pastoven, a former scammer and pro dater known as Pastovyen (with “y”).
http://www.uaprofiler.com/profiles/profile.php?id=1847

Taxis were too expensive, good friends with Liliya and her friend Evgenia. They used 2 cabs drivers, 1 to bring me from and back to the airport, another one the rest of the time.
Restaurants also were always the same.

Then arrives the scam part. Her trip to Europe.
We began passport process, 200 euros, that I sent.
Then she wanted money to book a 2 weeks trip in Europe. Airplane + hotel for 2, (different city) = 1500€?
As she only agreed to come if she booked herself I became really respectful. She really looked for any reason so that she could do it herself: Ukrainian agencies took more responsibility of Ukrainian tourists, when this argument was over, her mum only would agree if she does it herself.

Finally we agreed that I would pay once she get her visa. But she had to go to Kiev. 350€ this time.
We agreed to go by Travel agency Kiyavia in Luhansk. Liliya told me to send 350€ to Vladislav Molozin, manager of Kiyavia Lugansk.
No one with this name works there.

I noticed something was wrong with the emails because I am French and Liliya speaks French. So I sent an email in French, "she" answered to write in English because "the computer confused the letters". I wrote without accents, and letters were the exact same that in English.

The emails I received from Liliya all were written with TB! v3.99.3. and had HELO from LENA. So the owner of the computer was certainely called Elena or Alena.
IP was dynamic but in February 2008 I received several emails from 195.189.45.69

Now looking at this post dated nearly from the same time:
http://russiandetective.forumup.org/about2484-russiandetective.html

IP 195.189.45.69
Bat version was (v3.99.3) Professional
ISP Mageal, net.lg.ua
In this post the girl involved is Elena Vladimirovna Mostavaya, another scammer in Lugansk.

How many scammer girls are there in Lugansk? A lot.
How many of theses scammers are called Lena? A lot.
How many of these Lena scammer girls did use 195.189.45.69 early 2008? hmm, some maybe.
Now how many of scammers called Lena, living in Lugansk, with IP 195.189.45.69 in early 2008, use The Bat (v3.99.3)? ...

I guess this is much more probable that the girl who wrote me emails during 1 year was Elena Vladimirovna Mostavaya. In any case it was neither Liliya Golovkova or her friend Evgenia.

As I asked for clear explanations, Liliya sent me a beautiful SMS last week:

"Dear xxx, I don't want to lie to you... you are good guy. I want to tell you that I improved my relations with my ex boyfriend and I am supposed to marry him... I´m very very sorry"

Now this translator friend Evgenia is profiled in several questionable web sites:

http://1stromancetour.com/all-profile.php?rom=1123136

http://uk.anastasia-international.com/printableprofile-Russian-girl-friend-Evgenia-1123136.htm

By coping a single part of her profile description and pasting it in google, and doing so and so, I was so amazed to find these girls:

All from Lugansk, aged 18 to 22… All with the parts of the profiles cut the ones to the others. These are maybe coincidences but yes, I do thing that it is a big and well organized pro dating group in Lugansk.

This is what I think:
Many young good looking girls, including Liliya Golovkova and friend Evgenia, give pictures of them to a former and mature woman, possibly named Elena Vladimirovna Mostavaya. This Elena is going to write you all the emails, in perfect English. I guess they correspond together to keep reliable for me. Just the minimum.
When you call your lady, she speaks bad English, often sick.. Send her an email Smile
They will never ask you for translation or marriage agency fees, will never fell in love with you, nothing fast, all reliable. They are patient and avoid obvious red flags. A friend helps for English emails, you won't pay for that.
They book you the flats with Oksana Pastovyen, former scammer, who could give them back commission
They book taxis and restaurants that could give them back commission.
Basically when you see her, you are either in a taxi (the same one) or in a restaurant (a couple of them). Taxis fees were around 50€ for 30 minutes.
When you are in Lugansk she still speaks bad English. Needs her friend with her so you can not be alone with her. But her English is irregular and it smells false, sometimes bad but sometimes good.
When you insist to be alone with her she disappears: Her grand father is sick, her cat is sick, she is sick.
They will only wait for you to give money. Until they have the green light... then they begin to charge.
Be careful if you are in relation with any of the girls mentioned here.

Now the email they should never have sent to me. No one called Molozin works in Kiyavia Lugansk.... About the "pre-booking" thing, Liliya and me had long fight as I refused to pay before getting the visa and she argued it was necesary. Embassy confirmed me it was not recomanded to book before...

Hi dear Xxx,
I am very happy to get your e-mail today! How are you doing today?
This is true, your Russian wasn't easy to understand for my mother but you will improve it soon and will be able to communicate to my family without problems.

I am looking forward to get the papers from you as soon as possible.
You know, I need to start getting everything arranged in the nearest time to be able to be in Paris as we planned.
This is true, the people at the embassy are very suspicious. My friend Oksana told me about this. They aren't curious, they just suspect everyone! Laughing And sometimes they act far from friendly. This is also good for me to come to the embassy on December 23. This date sounds good for me but I also need to arrange my flight and hotel pre-booking until that day.
As for the University, this is the easiest thing to arrange for me. If I set my interview on December 23, I will write the confirmation at the dean office and inform them I am coming to France to improve my knowledge. In this case I will pass my exams when I am back from France.
100 grivnas is enough to cover the cost of the fee at the Prominvestbank but what about pre-booking? I need these things when I come to the embassy. Shocked
Yes, Kiyavia has the list of the hotels and I can choose one myself.
The prices are about 100 euros per night.
The dates from January 5 till January 15 are perfect for me. So, I'll ask them to arrange me the flight to come to Paris on January 5.
Dear Xxx, if I have my interview on December 23, I have to book hotel and flight on December 20 the last term. This is why I told you, I need 350 euros.

I have found an isuarance agency close to Kiyavia office and can get everything arranged for me. Their services cost about 30 euros. This is easy to arrange and quickly. Once I have the money, I can do it just the same day.

I think, the best way to come to Kiev is to take a flight. I can book it the same day as I book the flight to Paris. Of course, I'll need to sleep at the hotel in Kiev. I have neither friends nor reltives there.
This is why the only possibility is to stay at the hotel.

Dear Xxx, please, try to solve everything in the nearest time! if we want to meet on January 5, we have to hurry up! I am sending you the bank account details. The manager of Kiyavia gave it to me to transfer the funds there if you can't do it with Western Union.

I wish you to have a nice day and will be waiting for your e-mail,
Liliya.

Same story with Oksana Zhuchinskaya a.k.a Yulia Meshishvili.

She was on elenasmodels and got removed due to unethical behaviour.

Image

I met her at Lugansk once and she will never ask for money directly but will arrange an apartment for you:
I have found a nice apartment for you to stay and it has a kitchen with all the facilities.I am not sure what is the studio. This apartment has a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. This isn't a luxury one but clean, warm and
safe. It costs 50 euros per night. You may pay in european currency or US dollars or Ukrainian grivnas if you can exchange it. No need to pay anything in advance. You will pay the fee to the manager once you take a look at the apartment. I am sorry to say that cridit cards aren't acceptable in my country. Surely, some supermarkets use it but not all
of them.As for the apartment, it should be paid with cash.
Here is the address of the apartment:
Kotelnogo street 3/21,Lugansk. This is right in the center of the city and within 10 minutes by car from my home.
She will pickup at airport in an overpriced taxi, she will take you to restaurants and has a "discount" card, not for all but for the most expensive ones.

During my stay she told me that she wanted to come to visit me. She agreed to come for 4 weeks and pay 400euros herself of the trip. She will insist to book via a so called local travel agency.:
She gave me the following bank account information:
And to make your trust even more, here is the information that I've got at the travel agency.
Actually, they don't work with foreign clients and don't accent another currency besides Ukrainin on their bank account. But they have a special account where you can transfer the money. Here it is:

BENEFICIARY: MOLOZIN VLADYSLAV

ACCOUNT: 5457082050119747

BANK OF BENEFICIARY: PRIVATBANK
LUGANSK BRANCH
SWIFT CODE: PBANUA2X

INTERMEDIARY BANK: DEUTSCHE BANK AG
Frankfurt am Main, Germany
SWIFT CODE: DEUTDEFF

CORRESPONDENT ACCOUNT: 94701211000

And here is the telephone number of their chief manager:
+38-050-4758516. You need to call this number and inform him about
the payment. I assume, you will need to tell him the transfer details
to make sure that the transfer is made for my trip.

SAM agency is the small branch located in Lugansk of the large agency
Hamaliya which works everywhere in Ukraine.

Her home address is: Oksana Zhuchinkskaya
Sverdlova street, 68
Lugansk
Ukraine
91055
Her telephone number is: +380505174459
Her email addressess are: [email protected] and [email protected]

Hi,

I just came back this morning from my trip to Lugansk. After reading this forum, I think I am scammed.

I had correspondence with a girl from Elenas Models for nearly 3 month. She is a beautiful, tall girl and was searching for a partner up to 50 yrs old. She was 24 herself.

I am 40 myself and thought I could have a chance because of the cultural differences and I am looking younger than I am. I am also successful in my job.

My overconfidence turned out to work to my disadvantage...

When I read this forum, I found so many similarities to my situation.....

Also in my case, she proposed to arrange an appartment, since she said then she can stay longer with me in the appartment...

The landlady whom I rented the appartment from was Oksana Pastovyen, the one mentioned as the scammer on this forum (I was shocked)

I was also picked up by the girl and her translater at the airport. She had arranged a taxi and I insisted that I pay for the taxi and also make sure the taxi brought them back home.

Altogether, I pay 550 Ukrainian currency (including bringing them home)

I already felt this was too expensive for Ukraine...???

I was told by the translator that they ''have" a taxi company and that it would be cheaper for me to use their service...

The next days, I was picked up by the same young guy (The guy who picked me up from the airport was an older guy).

A ride to a location in Lugansk was easily 200 UAH. Going back to the appartrment was easily 200-250 UAH + 100 (to take the girl back home)

We did not have dinners in overexpensive restaurants (meals was 200-350 UAH for 3 people), I mostly ate in Ukrainian cafes.

I went out the last evening by myself and took taxis which were far cheaper than the ones 'my girl' came with...

But, I really had a good time with both the girl and her translator. They were really kind and cared much about how good I felt in their town..

If they wanted, they cought have earned even more money from the taxis, since I was brought home around 19.00 each day and they cought have spent more time with me driving around.

Although I am hurt because of this experience, I will not report them. I also also got a little confused, because I met a Belgium business guy in the plane who told me that life is very hard in Ukraine and that I should not take this too serious. The same girl would refuse money if you give it to them directly, accordingly to him...

Was it 'normal' for their environment. Could there still be a chance that the emotions were real? I know I am playing a dangerous game with my own emotions here, but just cannot help doing this, since except for the higher than normal price for the appartment (430 UAH/night), and the taxi fares, I really enjoyed my stay and I really appreciated the girls company.

I actually proposed to rent two rooms for each of us in Druzhba before I rent the appartment which was the most expensive hotel in town. I also ask her to let me know if she needed anything, but she did ask.

It was just a small 'benefit' they got from me and I would not have the problem to give it to them if they ask..

But still this does not feel good. Maybe I am thing too Western European with all the luxuries we have here....

Is there anyone who knows Ukraine and who can tell me what I should do in this case...?

Hi Dennis284,

Sorry to hear about this. You were in fact dealing with scammers. Their emotions are directly related to how much money they think they can get, nothing more. I do not know about the Ukraine or their laws, but my assumption would be that you would not likely get much sympathy from authorities there. It still would not hurt to report the names dates places etc, in the event that I am incorrect in my assumptions.

My advice is to stop all contact with the individuals involved. Be aware that once they see the money slipping away, they may contact you with all sorts of problems that only you (and your money) can help them with. Regardless of what they say, keep in mind that it is all part of their scam. If necessary, change your email address and telephone numbers. The best thing to do at this point is to drop all contact with them. The scammers may also try to contact you pretending to be Law Enforcement, offering to recover the money that you lost. This is also a scam, more specifically a "Money Recovery Scam". Any money that you have sent is gone and there is zero chance of ever recovering any of it.

Please also visit our sister site, www.scamwarners.com and post your story there. It may prevent someone else from being scammed. Scamwarners has a great support team that can answer the many questions that you must have at this point. There are numerous types of scams and variations of scams posted at scamwarners. The scammers are, unfortunately, very good at their jobs, educating yourself on the many variations of advance fee fraud is the best way to avoid this happening in the future.

You should also post as much as possible on www.romancescam.com

They have a large prodaters section there
