Wow.. He's started on a real pyramid-like thing...

I only fear it won't meet the required dimensions... I'll dive into the building manual to find out what the requirements were again and remind him of those. It would be a shame if he wasn't eligible to receive my heritage once I die...

Shame he didn't read the small print in the MoF Validation Guidelines which you forgot to send (after all, why would you bother to send 347 pages?). You know, the part that clearly states;

(13.4) "All materials used in the construction of your MoF must bear no logos, slogans or any other design, writing or other visually distinguishing or identifying marks applied for the purpose of drawing attention to the product, supplier of the product or any other party not directly associated with TWAT. To use such materials brings into question whether or not the works are a demonstration of true faith rather than an act designed to garner pecuniary gain for one or more other parties and may render the entire process invalid."

(13.4.1) "In the event that suitable building materials complying with the above clause 13.4 can not be sourced withing the allocated time frame for the construction of the MoF, other materials may be substituted providing that all logos, slogans or any other design, writing or other visually distinguishing or identifying marks applied to the product are removed in their entirety or covered over using indelible ink or a single coat of thickly applied paint, the color of which shall be determined by the official MoF validator."

Guess that means he's got some added work to do even before he starts construction.... Wink

Master of Puppets , On Feb. 8th 0ke sent you a request for $200.00 saying that he owed the man who owned the property on which he "built"/photoshopped the first pyramid?? I do like that he put the lush grass in the photo. Now then, is he still trying to tell you that he built an actual structure then took that pic of it?? Somehow he did not understand when you told him that it was an artists rendition of a pyramid?? perhaps telling him that he can not try to cheat and use the computer to put a picture together ie photoshopping, that is not allowed?? So you know for sure that he did NOT agree to pay someone to rent their property, perhaps the money was for the photoshopper?? Then later he tells you that he bought 100 pieces of sacks, then he sends the pictures, the first one has some 15 bags of cement and the second 9bags?? He could make a nice cement patio. Wonder who loaned him the bags of cement for the pic?? notice all of the pics he sends, in not one photo is he smiling!!

^I think he just did that himself, he's never spent the $200 on anything, he just wants money for nothing...
I don't really care that he didn't notice I thought in an artist's rendition either, he's building now so all's fine. I also know he probably didn't buy 200 bags, but that's not a big point either, because he's building now Wink

I also like the fact that he mentioned that the 'photographer had to bring the photos', and that they indeed appear to have been scanned. While it's annoying to wait for pics, at least he's paying for it and I'm stimulating the local economy over there Wink

Great stuff MoP. But judging from the look on the lad's faces, neither of them seem all that keen on getting into TWAT. Maybe we should have another church for those lads who bat for the other team? I've been updated - the COCK was created by LordCo; he also has a site devoted to it and some trophies published too. I think the COCK and the TWAT would be natural foes under the right circumstances...

It's good that he widened the base, that should provide him with some more work. The lack of whining for money also suggests that he's accepting that he's going to have to build that MoF before there can be talk of money.
As for the subject of his mail... Well... He's got it all wrong, my character is supposed to be dying in the hospital (he needs to become a TWAT before I can name him as the only heir in my will so that he will inherit quite some money, a large house in England and an opportunity to come and live in England..)

tell him it looks great and you cant wait to see it. oh you forget to mention to get his grant there is a small ceremony were you stand on the top of it and hand over the money. If its not really there you cant do the ceremony.
