If my lad wants a phone number, is it legal to give him the phone number to the closest INTERPOL office? Just wondering if the folks over at INTERPOL would take issue with having scammers call them themselves. |

I would say it's legal but pointless. If you give your lad the InterPol number, they're going to know something is up, and you'll lose them. Bait over. |

Very true, maybe I should just stick with the "555" extension when my character is US based. |

It's a breach of the ITP (Innocent third party) rule.
We're here to harrass lads, not law enforcement agencies.
If agencies such as Interpol are being bombarded by lad phone calls. It will reflect badly on us as scambaiters, damaging our reputation as a result.
Sign up for a free K7 account instead. Then your lad will have a number to call and only his time will be wasted. |

You may want to google "numbers that always ring busy" and then slap him about the poor phone system in his country. |
