This is a sentence used alot by african scammers, and is a major hint. Also the mail addy gives us alot of hits, the 'bello' addy makes me think that most likely it will turn out to be a refugee scam.

Bertje: Lads will tell you lots of things. Don't believe them. They're career liars.

Senagal is a major source of refugee camp lads. Sometimes they say they're from Sudan, sometimes from Liberia, sometimes from Sierra Leone. But a quick IP trace will almost always put them in Senegal.

There will be a reverend and maybe a sister at the 'camp' (none in Dakar btw) who will offer to get her a passport and send her on to you.

Scammer is looking for dirty old men willing to pay for black @rs3 so if your character is female you could try a childless old lady who is willing to buy a daughter.
