Anyhoo, on the matter of the fees...I work for the Ministry, and this area is very poor compared to most of the country. In short, I don't make much money at all. I have no savings. If I am to pay these fees, we'll have to do so by submitting paperwork through the Ministry for a financial gift. Are you willing to fill out the proper forms in order to apply for this gift? This is actually better for us anyway, I can have the Ministry send the money directly to you and prepare a Power of Attorney for you so that I don't have to come over there to complete the transactions.
