How do we shut down a site?

Got this email with a link to the site. One look will tell you it's fraudulent....."Coordinator Sir, Donalson Chou", e.g.

The "From" email addy is stolen, and the IP shows United States.

I suggest heading over to the fake bank forum.
Arriving there, read the sticky on reporting fake sites.
Collect the necessary information.
Report the site in that topic.

Don't forget to mention whether you want to kill it yourself or to leave it for someone else. If you want to do it yourself, you might want to request a sitekilling-mentor (we've got some good ones!)
