Yahoo Email Probs

Just recently when I try and reply to any email in my yahoo catcher account, I get an error saying "Something unexpected just happened.. contact support.. yada..yada... error: unknown". But if I create a new message and send to the email, it goes through.

It really is a pain in the butt at times, especially when I want to keep some of the conversations in one and have to copy/paste.

Anyone else come across this problem?

Yahoo seems to be very slow, erratic, and cranky at times lately, with a long wait when you do anything that requires a response from the server. Other sites work fine. Perhaps their servers are overloaded. I, too, have gotten that message. I find they also frequently require me to reply the contents of a "captcha" code before they'll send a message to a lad. You may wish to create new accounts on Fastmail, Gmail, or other for any new baits you create. I, for one, would not use a Yahoo account as my personal email account for the reasons stated.

Now it's doing it for forwarding.. I think I'm gonna have to maybe change emails in the middle of a bait... hopefully they just hit the reply button and don't notice the change loll

@SmokinKrabbs - No worries. Lads rarely notice. And if they do, you can actually tell the truth for once. Yahoo's messing up your ability to successfully complete the transaction, and it's driving you bonkers! You wouldn't want to jeapordize such a great opportunity. Wink

I have had problems with yahoo as of late also. In fact, I find myself not really using yahoo at all anymore. Unless I am doing a multi character bait. Its a big hassle.
