scammers in Malaysia

My friend received several scammer emails and when she checked the headers all emails came from Malaysia. My ex-scammer too moved to Malaysia from Nigeria..But some scammers don´t send emails at all, they want to chat right away, I guess by doing so they can´t be traced, they have a web cam and they want you to show your face but they don´t show their faces, only a picture of them or their apartment. A bit suspicious I think...

could you perhaps give us a few more details on where you found your little friend.
Personally I don't do chat or cam, But if your thinking of doing cam, smear some Vaseline over the lens, to blur the picture, Then when they say they can't see you, tell them you think the camera might be busted, But you did not know Confused

Or tell them it works fine with other people and it must be there computer Wink

I don't do chat either, and for the record every email I've received in my fake dating accounts have simply me to add them to yahoo. I think it's because they KNOW there's a real person at the other end, and because the lazy so and sos don't have to do much work.

I like the vaseline idea though, though a being a lazy sack of crap in RL it would never get cleaned off again Embarassed
